Fees & Insurance

I currently accept Premera, Lifewise, and Blue Cross insurance. Out of Network insurance is also available and eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. I can provide a superbill that you can present to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

My fees are as follows:

• $140 for a 50 minute session

• $230 for an 80 minute session

• $250 for a 2 hour session that includes a traditional 50 min psychotherapy session and with 60 min forest therapy/sound bath healing.

• I offer sliding-scale fees for those who are not using insurance or are experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale fees range between $60-$110
