I am a depth centered trauma psychotherapist that specializes in healing from anxieties and abuse. My approach is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and person-centered theories.

I offer traditional psychotherapy as well as eco-therapy and somatic therapy in the North Cascades mountains. I am intrigued by the connection between our natural world and our inner psychic spaces.

Our wellness center is located in Rockport, WA across from Rockport State Park. It is 45-60 min drive from Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Burlington, and Sedro Woolley. It’s a place where the wilderness around us and the wilderness within us intersect. If you can’t make it to the mountains, I also offer Telehealth sessions from anywhere in WA state.
