Wildheart Farm and Forest Retreat is a private practice wellness and counseling center located on 5 acres at the base of Sauk Mountain in the North Cascades. We offer walking trails through old growth trees, cabins for counseling sessions, farm and gardens to eat from, somatic therapy, sauna sessions, and nearby hiking trails.

Wildheart is a space where we can let emotional pain breathe and heal. I am a depth-based, relationally-oriented trauma therapist grounded in the psychoanalytic tradition of Object Relations. I have a background in trauma informed care and specialize in healing from anxieties and abuse. I utilize somatic and person centered therapy models as we explore all the ways we feel not ok. Telehealth and in-person sessions are available. Families, individuals, and children are all welcome and a free 20 min introductory session is available to see if it is a good fit.
